Vintage Tea Cup Candles

These are beautiful vintage cups bought at a vintage fair at The Old Brown Jug in Newcastle-Under-Lyme a couple of months ago. 

The vintage fairs held there are always enjoyable and i always come away with something beautiful! :)

Favourite object at the moment... I went to an Antique Fair in Buxton on sunday ended up buying a few pieces of jewellery (I'm like a magpie), but this is definitely my fave...

 This bangle is made from mexican silver, with pieces of abalone shell for decoration. 

Abalone shells are known to have healing properties...

Holding a piece of abalone shell is said to make you feel; love, beauty, gentleness, caring, comfort, peacefulness, delight, solace, sand and water. Its also said to be like a worry stone, comforting to hold and smooth to the touch, therefore its not coming off my wrist!!

This is an A level photography piece that i designed, i visited a local dance school to take a few snaps of the dancers. After a bit of editing and enhancements, this was the end result :)
